In collaboration with the College of Food Science and Engineering at Central South University of Forestry and Technology and the National Engineering Research Center for the Deep Processing of Rice and By-Products, we have innovatively isolated the "AHAX Rice Aleurone Layer" and "Rice Germ" from rice grains.
Using rice germ and aleurone layer as pure natural nutritional ingredients, we research and develop tailored solutions for health products, functional foods, and pharmaceutical applications. We have pioneered the "Mizhen+" whole-nutrition food solution, which is widely used across industries such as baking, infant nutrition, health foods, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemicals, supporting the rapid growth of large and medium-sized enterprises worldwide.

Technologically Advanced Patents
As the first designated technology transfer base in China for the National Research Center for the Deep Processing of Rice and By-products, we lead the industry in commercializing advanced research. Supported by 26 national patents, our AI-powered precision separation technology ensures complete preservation of native nutrients in rice-derived ingredients.
Our production capabilities are anchored by a 75,000-mu (∼5,000 hectares) core rice-crayfish integrated farming zone and 300,000 mu (∼20,000 hectares) of contracted farmland. We operate a fully intelligent industrial park spanning 30,000 square meters, with an annual rice processing capacity of 180,000 tons. This enables us to reliably supply 5,000 tons of rice germ, 4,000 tons of rice bran essence oil, and 300 tons of high-value-added extracts each year.
Our quality is built from the ground up. IoT and remote sensors continuously monitor field conditions, while our big data platform ensures precision farming. In production, State-of-the-Art cleanrooms and qc checks every 15 minutes enforce strict standards. We lead industry standards for rice aleurone and germ, ensuring international-level quality across every batch.
