On May 21, the International Food Ingredients and Health Food Exhibition (IFIA JAPAN) kicked off grandly in Tokyo, Japan. AHAX Mizhen and Nanxian Rice-crayfish rice made a remarkable appearance with a range of innovative products.

Leveraging the premium brand of the Nanxian Rice-Crayfish ecosystem and millennia of food-as-medicine wisdom

Nanxian (County) boasts exceptional natural resources—rich soil, clean water, and a favorable climate—which support its innovative rice-shrimp co-farming model.  In response to China's "The Belt and Road Initiative", AHAX Mizhen is expanding overseas, aiming to become a global supplier of Mizhen(Rice aleurone layer) raw materials.
