Nanxian Rice-Crayfish Rice & Hesixi AHAX MiZhen Make Major Debut at Hong Kong Food Expo 2025

As one of the largest and most influential annual food industry events in the Asia-Pacific region, the 35th HKTDC Food Expo kicked off magnificently from August 14 to 18 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), this exhibition has become a core platform for global food trade and trend exchange over its 34 editions, covering diverse sectors such as food products, agriculture, forestry, fishing, and specialty local goods.

Under the meticulous coordination of the Hunan Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Hesixi AHAX Mizhen made a high-impact appearance at the 2025 HKTDC Food Expo. The company showcased its core healthy rice dietary fiber ingredients—including rice germ, Mizhen(Rice aleurone layer) powder, and instant rice bran—developed through advanced processing technologies of Nanxian rice-crayfish rice. Additionally, it presented tailored solutions for various industries such as food, baking, infant complementary food, and health products, attracting widespread attention.

The exhibition site buzzed with excitement. Star ingredient products like Mizhen(Rice aleurone layer) Rice Bran Essence powder and rice germ drew considerable interest from buyers across diverse sectors, including baking and functional condiments and beverages, thanks to their natural health benefits and cross-industry applicability. Their prominence at the event underscores the growing consumer trend toward health-oriented functional food.

To date, Hesixi AHAX Mizhen has obtained nine critical certifications, including customs registration, traceability authentication, and Alibaba's "Gold Supplier" verification. It has also taken a leading role in formulating industry standards such as "Mizhen(Rice aleurone layer)" and "Rice Germ."
